    INTRODUCTION

    Wisman’s XRG Series of X-ray generators are well regulated high voltage power supplies with output voltages to 130kV and very low ripple achieved through the use of advanced resonant conversion techniques. Extremely stable voltage and emission current outputs result in significant performance improvements. The XRG Series provides all the power, control and support functions required for X-ray applications including a regulated DC filament supply. These units incorporate local and remote programming, monitoring, safety interlock, short-circuit and overload protection.

    SPECIFICATIONS
    Input: AC220±10%, maximum current 10A.
    Output: 10KV, 20KV, 30KV, 40KV, 50KV, 60KV, 70KV, 80KV, 100KV, 120KV, 130KV, and other maximum voltage output options, 0V to the highest voltage adjustable.
    Voltage control:

    Local: the multi-turn potentiometer can set the output voltage between 0V and the highest voltage.
    Remote : external 0 to 10V control signal can adjust the output from 0V to the highest output voltage.
    Emission current control:
    Local: The multi-turn potentiometer can set the electron beam current from 0A to the highest current.
    Rremote : The external 0 to 10V control signal can set the electron beam current from 0A to the highest current.
    DC filament power supply: the output current is 4A adjustable, and the voltage is 5.5V.
    Voltage regulation :
    Relative load: 0.005% (no load to rated load)
    Relative input: ±0.005% (input voltage change is ±10%)
    Current regulation:
    Relative load: 0.01% (no load to rated load)
    Relative input: ±0.005% (input voltage change ±10%).
    Ripple voltage: Under the premise of outputting rated voltage, the peak-to-peak value of ripple voltage is 0.25% of the highest output voltage.
    Ambient temperature: 0 to +50°C.
    Temperature coefficient: ≤25ppm/℃
    Stability: half an hour after starting, less than 10ppm per hour.
    Voltage and current indication: 0 to +10V, accuracy is 1% under rated output conditions.

    Connector:
    High-voltage output connector: The recessed epoxy resin insulated conduit and the inserted high-voltage cable are connected by a metal connector with a diameter of 16mm. The total length of the high-voltage cable is 1 meter.
    Input and output connector: DB25, including control and display signals.
    Remote control of output voltage and current:
    An external potentiometer can be used to remotely control the output voltage and current using the 10V voltage reference inside the power supply.
    Remote voltage and current indication: JP1 contains 0 to 10V voltage and current indication signals, which can be connected to various digital or pointer meters.
    Computer remote measurement and control: optional computer remote control voltage, current, temperature measurement and control software with independent intellectual property rights, the software has upper and lower limit setting functions, alarm information disclosure functions, etc.
